1st Agency is a Management Oriented-Representative Agency, the Agency’s mission is to provide ethical Representation, Management with Advisory and PR of contemporary on Marketable Promising or seasoned Talent.
We Scout Talent, Build an Image with the Talent, Manage the Talent, Advise the Talent, and then Build PR around the Talent. Ours is to share the exceptional Marketable Skill of the Talent with other people and later promote them to the rest of other geographical areas outside the Metropolitan they originate from.

Our Vision is to establish a Small Business that will in a few years be Number One Big Cooperate Holdings Company in Botswana and SA, with Satellite Offices in Maputo-Mozambique that focuses on Talent such as;
